Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery destinations

Currently, we deliver to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), mainland only.

We do not deliver internationally.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

Below is the list of the services we offer:

Non-Customised Products

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked) at the cost of £3.99 per order.

Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days.​

Customised Products (Gems)

Standard delivery (Tracked) at the cost of £3.99 per order.

Delivery usually takes 10 - 12 working days.

As these are customised products, please allow a period of 7 working days for the provision of shipping confirmation details. During festive seasons, the delivery of customised products may take up to 14 working days due to a high demand for our customised products.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery for all orders over £30.00.

*Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur for all items. Marvy Shop is not responsible for any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- For our customised products (Gems Collection), please allow 2-3 business days for the production and shipment of the customised item to take place before the receipt of a Shipment Confirmation email.

Address issues:

Marvy Shop is not responsible for any item purchased from us that is lost in transit as a result of an invalid address that was provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid address to ensure the delivery of all the items purchased from Marvy Shop.

Reshipment Fees

Reshipment fee (original shipping cost) applies if a customer has provided a faulty address or declined the delivery of the product on their end.


Damages
- If you received Your Order damaged, please contact us immediately with the proof of damage (such as clear photos) via email   at contact@marvyshop.com

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
